- 2 eggs
- 1 3⁄4 cups flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar ( i used 1 c)
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Combine the eggs, oil, sugar, milk, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
- Add the baking soda and flour.
- Combine / Mix well.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated 325 F oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
