The Breaded Pork Chop Recipe has several variations just like any other dish. As you all know, even the simplest dish can be turned into a very special recipe depending on the preference of the one preparing it.

1 Kg. Pork Chops
6 cups Water
1/4 cup Kosher or Rock Salt
3 tablespoons Sugar
4 cloves Garlic (optional)
2 pieces Bay leaf (optional)
1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Pepper
2 Eggs, beaten
2 cups Breadcrumbs
Combine all the Brine ingredients and dissolve the salt and sugar.
Marinate or Soak the Pork Chops for 30 minutes or more.
After 30 Minutes, Remove the Pork Chops from the Brine and dry with paper towel.
Dredge the meat lightly in flour. Tap or remove any excess flour.
Dip in beaten egg and then dredge in breadcrumbs.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more.
Deep Fry until Pork Chops turns into golden brown colors.
