The Cassava Cake Recipe contains sugar, eggs, coconut milk and of course, grated cassava.



For toppings:


  1. Mix grated cassava, sugar, evap milk and coconut milk.
  2. Adjust your mixture by adding water if you think your mixture is too dry but not too watery.
  3. Greased the pan then pour the cassava mixture and bake in a preheated oven of 350┬░f for 1 hour until translucent in color.
  4. Remove from the oven and put the mix toppings except for the cheese and bake again until topping is golden brown in color.
  5. Remove again from the oven and add the grated cheese on top and bake for another minute until the cheese is golden brown.
  6. Serve.
