- 3 pcs. Eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose-Flour
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sift dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder), set aside
- Mix all wet ingredients (milk, eggs, butter)
- Add wet with the dry ingredients.
- Add desiccated coconut and vanilla, mix well
- Add grated cheese on top (optional)
- Pour to molder then bake for 15-20 mins or until top turns brown.
