Some people will not dare undercook the shrimp but for braver souls, this is better because of the aligue and the meat of the shrimp is more tender. You can still cook it longer if you choose. It’s common to pair Garlic Buttered Shrimp with rice although for non-Pinoys, eating it with garlic bread or pasta might be better. Make sure you prepare a lot of this because eating a few pieces is not enough. Prepare more if you’re eating it with others. Also, cook the same day you bought the shrimps so it’s fresh. Don’t put it in the fridge because the quality of the shrimp will change.
