- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 large potato, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup water
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup raisins
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
- Soak cubed potatoes and carrots in 1 cup of water and set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat and saute onions and garlic till fragrant.
- Throw in ground pork and saute till no longer pink.
- Add soaked potatoes and carrots, discarding water.
- Add bell peppers.
