Ingredients
  • ½ kl. Pork Chop ( bite size)
  • 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 tbsp. lemon or calamansi juice
  • 2 pcs. Tomato
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
  1. Marinate the Pork with soy sauce and lemon juice for an hour.
  2. Saute the garlic and onion and also the Tomato, then add the marinated Pork Chop.
  3. Saute until the Pork for up to 5 minutes or more or until the meat soaks the Soy Sauce.
  4. Add water and bring to boil and simmer until the Pork becomes tender.
  5. Add Teriyaki sauce for another 5 minutes or more or until done.
  6. Sprinkle the Sesame Seeds when already done.
  7. Serve.
