- 1/2 kl. Pork Chop ( bite size)
- 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 tbsp. lemon or calamansi juice
- 2 pcs. Tomato
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (optional)
- Marinate the Pork with soy sauce and lemon juice for an hour.
- Saute the garlic and onion and also the Tomato, then add the marinated Pork Chop.
- Saute until the Pork for up to 5 minutes or more or until the meat soaks the Soy Sauce.
- Add water and bring to boil and simmer until the Pork becomes tender.
- Add Teriyaki sauce for another 5 minutes or more or until done.
- Sprinkle the Sesame Seeds when already done.
