- Marinate or Soak the Pork Chops for 30 minutes or more.
- After 30 Minutes, Remove the Pork Chops from the Brine and dry with paper towel.
- Dredge the meat lightly in flour. Tap or remove any excess flour.
- Dip in beaten egg and then dredge in breadcrumbs.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more.
- Deep Fry until Pork Chops turns into golden brown colors.
- Sprinkle with small amount salt and pepper.
- Serve with your favorite Sawsawan.
